hi blog!
Goodness, it's been quite a while. Things have been busy with preparing for Riley and now things are busy keeping Riley happy. She's currently sleeping. Kind of amazing as she seems to have some kind of baby radar as to when I'm trying to use the computer. Usually she has made her unhappiness at my distraction from her known by now =)
Things are good. Spring is finally peeking its head out from behind Winter's snow dandered shoulder. The last couple days have been warm and sunny. It's been weird being on maternity leave the past few weeks. Nice in some ways, but there are days when I go a little stir crazy being home all the time. Luckily, I'm learning the tricks to getting out and about with an itty bitty person in tow. Soon I'll go back to work. I think it'll be good in some ways. Financially it will be beneficial for sure. I think it'll make me cherish my time with the little one even more too.
Lol. Speaking of whom, I hear her dulcet tones. Best I go attend to her now before she ratchets it up to eardrum shattering levels.
